1. What is the processing and shipping time?
Orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. Shipping times may vary based on location.

2. Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the U.S.

3. What if my package is delayed or damaged?
Shipping delays or package damage must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier. If the product itself is damaged or has a quality issue, please contact us for assistance.

4. How do I purchase products?
You can purchase products online anytime they are in stock, as well as at vendor events that will be announced on social media platforms. 

5. Are you responsible for allergic reactions?
AM Serenity is not responsible for any allergic reactions. While we list the main ingredients on our product labels, not all ingredients are listed. If you have allergies or sensitivities, we strongly advise against purchasing or using our products. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that it is an at-will purchase and accept full responsibility for any reactions. If you have concerns, please consult a healthcare professional before use.
